Perla Ni: The Huffington Post calls Perla Ni, CEO and founder of GreatNonprofits, one of the “Top Game Changers” in philanthropy. Perla was the founder and former publisher of the Stanford Social Innovation Review, the leading journal on nonprofit management and philanthropy. While at the Review, she also launched the successful www.ssireview.org. Prior to her work at SSIR, Perla co-founded and was editor in chief of Grassroots.com, a nonprofit advocacy website named by Forbes as "Best of the Web." A frequent speaker on nonprofits and philanthropy, she continues to blog at www.ssireview.org.  

 

José Fernández is the Director of the GuideStar Exchange data collection tool, GuideStar’s program which encourages nonprofits to share up-to-date information about their missions, programs, leadership teams, and social impact. Before joining GuideStar, José was a program manager at the American Association for the Advancement of Science where he assisted in the development of two niche social networks and managed the development of the grants database GrantsNet.
