GuideStar Premium Pay As You Go is designed for users with the intermittent need for comprehensive data on specific organizations and can accommodate limited budgets, as there is no subscription required or other recurring charges. GuideStar Premium Pay As You Go is the perfect tool for accountants, attorneys, consultants, prospectors, and funding researchers who need up-to-date, accurate nonprofit information for one or two individual nonprofits.

Companies with 11 or more users needing continual access to GuideStar Premium data can purchase a license agreement. GuideStar Premium Pay As You Go provides the deep, historical data that GuideStar Premium has always offered in a professionally packaged, freestanding, date-stamped PDF report. How much information appears in a nonprofit's GuideStar Premium Pay As You Go report is determined by how much information is available for that organization on www.guidestar.org.

Reports for organizations with the greatest depth and breadth of data—those that participate in the GuideStar Exchange and file IRS Form 990—will contain:

  • Basic information, such as organization name, address, subsection code, and NTEE code
  • Revenue and expense data for up to five years
  • Balance sheet data for up to five years
  • Up to five IRS Forms 990
  • One or more audited financial statements
  • One or more annual reports
  • IRS letter of determination
