Dividend Payment

On announcing Gulf Keystone's 2021 Half Year Results on 2 September 2021, the Company declared an interim dividend for 2021 of $50 million.

The payment is equivalent to 23.394 US cents per Common Share of the Company. It has been converted into pounds sterling at a rate of $1:£0.73067 prevailing on 23 September 2021, and hence a dividend of 17.093p per Common Share will be paid on 8 October 2021 to those shareholders on the register of members of the Company as at 24 September 2021.
