Shaikan Payment Update
Gulf Keystone confirms that a gross payment of $28.1 million ($22.0 million net to GKP) has been received from the Kurdistan Regional Government ("KRG") for Shaikan crude oil sales during March 2021.
The Company has engaged with the KRG to discuss its proposal to amend arrears repayment terms as announced on 13 May 2021. Based on such proposal, the March 2021 arrears repayment would be gross $4.2 million ($3.3 million net).
