Gunnebo Industrier’s Nomination Committee proposes that Marianne Brismar be elected to the Board
Gunnebo Industrier’s Nomination Committee will propose to the AGM on 8 May 2008 that six members and no deputy members be elected to the Board.
The Nomination Committee proposes that Marianne Brismar be elected to the Board, and that Malin Alfredsson, Göran Danielsson, Carl Gösta Ekström, Bjarne Holmqvist and Mikael Jönsson be re-elected. Sten Langenius is not standing for re-election. It is also proposed that Bjarne Holmqvist be re-elected Chairman of the Board.
Marianne Brismar was born 1961. Her current positions include that of Special Advisor to Toshio Aoki, Corporate Vice President at Nissan Motor. She was president of Atlet Group 1995-2007, before which she held several senior positions with the group. She is currently advisor to the present CEO of Atlet Group. Marianne Brismar is a board member at Eco-Boråstapeter and Ernströmgruppen, and has been nominated to the board of Semcon. She is a graduate pharmacist from Uppsala University and has a BA in economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at Göteborg University.
The members of the Nomination Committee which is convened by the company’s chairman, Bjarne Holmqvist, are Nils-Olov Jönsson (chairman of the Nomination Committee), Vätterledens Invest AB; Martin Svalstedt, Stena Adactum AB; and Joackim Spets, Handelsbanken Funds, who, as of 13 December 2007 represented an aggregate of 43.8 per cent of the shares and votes in the company.
