New Chief Financial Officer at Gunnebo Industrier AB

Gunnebo Industrier has recruited Tor Hansen, currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Axenti, as its new CFO.

Tor Hansen will succeed Per Olin and take up his new position on June 1, 2006. Per Olin will be retiring this summer, as already announced. Tor Hansen is currently CFO and acting President at Axenti Holding AB. Hansen is a graduate from the School of Economics with many years of experience from similar senior management positions, including periods as CFO with Danzas Intercontinental and also with the Elajo Group. “We are very pleased that we have been able to engage Tor Hansen to Gunnebo Industrier. He has a solid experience which makes the transition from Per Olin smooth”, says Christer Lenner, Gunnebo Industrier’s President and CEO. “I am looking forward to joining Gunnebo Industrier. The company has a strong industrial tradition and is in a very promising position as a re-listed company of its own, on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, with everything going for them,” says Tor Hansen.
