Second quarter and half year results 2005

Second quarter 2005 - Invoiced sales rose by 16% to MSEK 392 (338) – organic growth for comparable units was 10%. - The operating profit rose to MSEK 36 (29). - The profit after financial items was a profit of MSEK 34 (24). - The profit after tax amounted to MSEK 24 (16). - Earnings per share increased to SEK 2.65 (1.84) January - June 2005 - Invoiced sales rose by 14% to MSEK 717 (629) – organic growth for comparable units was 11%. - The operating profit increased to MSEK 55 (41). - The profit after financial items was a profit of MSEK 50 (34). - The profit after tax amounted to MSEK 35 (23). - Earnings per share increased to SEK 3.91 (2.59). - In April all the shares in Telesteps AB, which manufactures telescopic ladders, were acquired. - As of 14 June Gunnebo Industrier’s shares have been listed on the O-list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Forecast 2005 The first half of the year turned out well for Gunnebo Industrier and the result for 2005 is expected to be significantly better than last year.
