As already announced in three press releases - on 1, 9 and 19 September 2005 - Gunnebo will introduce a new organisation on 1 January 2006

The new organisation will involve appointment of one Country Manager per country to canvass Gunnebo’s key customers – banks, retailers and customers who demand perimeter protection with the highest security standards. The countries will be supported by six Competence Centers with responsibility for system and process development, production, logistics and sourcing of components and systems that are not manufactured within the Gunnebo Group. We announced the managers for the five Competence Centers Cash Automation, Electronic Security, Entrance Control, Outdoor Perimeter Security and Indoor Perimeter Security in a release 19 September 2005. Robert Hall has been appointed Manager for the Competence Center Secure Storage. Robert Hall (45) is a British citizen with a solid experience from different management positions in Swedish International companies like Sandvik, Dormer Tools, and more recently the British subsidiary of Ballingslöv. “I am very much looking forward to my new challenging job as General Manager for Secure Storage”, says Robert Hall. “I will take up my new position with enthusiasm early in November 2005.” GUNNEBO A B (publ) Information
