As already announced in two press releases - on 1 September and 9 September 2005 - Gunnebo will introduce a new organisation on 1 January 2006.

The new organisation will involve appointment of one Country Manager per country to canvass Gunnebo’s key customers – banks, retailers and customers who demand perimeter protection with the highest security standards. These will be supported by six Competence Centers with responsibility for system and process development, production, logistics and sourcing of components and systems that are not manufactured within the Gunnebo Group. The following individuals have been appointed as managers of the new Competence Centers: • Cash Automation (SafePay and Bank Automation) – Torbjörn Browall, currently head of the Gunnebo Physical Security division and VP Gunnebo AB. Browall has already been appointed head of Region North, and will continue as a VP with Gunnebo AB. • Electronic Security – Jean Marie Betermier, currently head of Gunnebo’s subsidiaries Ritzenthaler, CSI and Hygiaphone, and head of the Interlocking Doors business area. • Entrance Control (including Enclosure Security and Interlocking Doors) – Rob Wheeler, currently president of Gunnebo Entrance Control. • Outdoor Perimeter Security – Philip Mozes, currently head of the Gunnebo Perimeter Protection division. Philip Mozes has also been appointed as Country Manager for the Netherlands. • Indoor Perimeter Security – Stefan Andersson, currently president of Gunnebo Troax. • Secure Storage – the head of this Competence Center will be appointed in the near future.
