Change in number of shares and votes in Gunnebo

Gunnebo AB (publ) has, as previously announced, carried out a rights issue of up to 19,112,145 ordinary shares in total. During October 2019, the 127,836 ordinary shares in the rights issue subscribed for without subscription rights have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, and the number of shares and votes in Gunnebo has therefore increased as follows.

Prior to the registration of the new ordinary shares subscribed for without subscription rights, there were in total 96,035,157 shares in Gunnebo, of which 95,432,890 ordinary shares, corresponding to 95,432,890 votes, and 602,267 shares of series C, corresponding to 60,226.7 votes, amounting to 95,493,116.7 votes in total. 

As of 31 October 2019, there are in total 96,162,993 shares in Gunnebo, of which 95,560,726 ordinary shares, corresponding to 95,560,726 votes, and 602,267 shares of series C, corresponding to 60,226.7 votes, amounting to 95,620,952.7 votes in total.
