Changes in organisation at Gunnebo Perimeter Protection As previously announced Mr Stig Andersson will leave as Business Area Manager of Gunnebo Perimeter Protection. Mr Stig Andersson has been appointed Senior Vice President at Gunnebo AB where he will be engaged on a part-time basis on special investment projects and board issues for the Gunnebo Group. Mr Stig Andersson will have offices in Göteborg and Nässjö, Sweden. Mr Rolf Axelsson, President of Gunnebo Troax AB, will succeed Stig Andersson as Business Area Manager with effect from October 1, 1998. Mr Rolf Axelsson will also continue as President of Gunnebo Troax AB. The Gunnebo Perimeter Protection Business Area is to be split into two business units; Indoor products and Outdoor products. Mr Jan Vedel Hansen, who is currently Manager of Gunnebo Protection in Denmark, has been appointed Manager of the Outdoor products business unit. Outdoor products compromises Gunnebo Wego, Gunnebo Protection Sweden, Gunnebo Protection Denmark and Alura in Holland. Mr Rolf Axelsson has also been appointed Manager of the Indoor Pro- ducts business unit. Indoor products compromises Gunnebo Troax, Hillerstorp, Sweden, C Lee in England and all foreign sales companies within Gunnebo Troax. All these changes will become effective as from October 1, 1998.
