Changes in top management at Gunnebo

Gunnebo makes the following changes of its Group Management Team:

- Åke Sundby will join the Gunnebo Security Group on 1 July as head of Competence Centre Outdoor Perimeter Security. He will be based in Salzkotten, Germany. Sundby is a graduate economist with many years of experience from senior positions with Sandvik and Atlas Copco and was head of A&M Electric Tools GmbH, Winnenden, Germany, until December 2005. He will be a member of the Gunnebo’s Group Management Team. - Philip Mozes, presently head of Competence Centre Outdoor Perimeter Security and Gunnebo’s Country Manager for the Netherlands will concentrate solely on developing Gunnebo’s business in the Netherlands with effect from 1 July. Mozes shall remain as member of Gunnebo’s Group Management Team. - Deepak Khetrapal, currently head of Gunnebo’s Region Indian Ocean Rim, has decided to leave Gunnebo as of 1 June 2006. - William Mouat has been appointed acting head of Region Indian Ocean Rim. He will continue as Country Manager for Gunnebo Indonesia and will also become a member of Gunnebo’s Group Management Team.
