Divestment of Gnosjö-Gruppen After receiving the consent of the Swedish and German Competition Authorities, Gunnebo has now implemented the first stage in its divestment of Gnosjö-Gruppen. Buyer is the Dutch company, Schuttersveld N.V. Schuttersveld N.V today acquired 50 per cent of the shares in Gnosjö- Gruppen. The remaining 50 per cent will be acquired at the beginning of 2001.
