Gunnebo AB (publ) inform of increase of number of shares

Gunnebo AB (publ) has during November 2007 increased the total number of shares to 45,513,359. The increase is due to issues of a total of 80,700 new shares in connection with the implementation of the incentive programmes decided upon by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 24, 2007. One share in the company entitles the holder to one vote.

As per November 30 2007, the company’s share capital amounts to SEK 227,566,795.
