Gunnebo acquires company in Northern Ireland Gunnebo Industrier, a subsidiary of Gunnebo AB, has today acquired all the shares in W.H. Scott & Son (Engineers) Ltd, Belfast, Northern Ireland. W.H. Scott & Son Ltd has annual sales of MSEK 20 and 23 employees. The business consists of sales and distribution of lifting products and servicing of lifting equipment. WH Scott has a dominating position on the market in Northern Ireland. The acquisition of W.H. Scott & Son Ltd will improve the development potential of Gunnebo's Lifting Division in Ireland. W.H. Scott, in combination with Gunnebo Ireland Ltd, which was established in Dublin in 1997, will give Gunnebo Lifting a very strong position on the market.
