Gunnebo acquires Praediator Polska Co Ltd. in Poland E A Rosengrens, a subsidiary of Gunnebo, has today acquired the company Praediator Polska Co Ltd. in Poland. Praediator is selling security solutions consisting of bank security products, safes, products for alarm systems and entrance control, had a turnover of 10,5 MSEK in 1997 and 9 employees. Rosengrens and Praediator have worked together on the Polish market during the last 6 years. Praediator is also distributors for Gunnebo Entrance Control in Poland. E A Rosengrens receives through this acquisition their own distribution on the Polish market, as well as an established sales and service organisation.
