Gunnebo Asset Protection acquires the remaining outstanding shares of Rosengrens GmbH i Austria EA Rosengrens AB, part of the business area Gunnebo Asset Protection, has acquired the remaining 70 % of Rosengrens GmbH, the company's agent in Austria since many years. The shares have been acquired from past and present management of Rosengrens GmbH. The company, based in Linz, has three employees and sales of about MSEK 9. For Gunnebo Asset Protection Rosengrens GmbH will serve as a vehicle to further develop the activities on the Austrian market as well as a base for the development of Gunnebo Asset Protection's sales in the Southern part of Eastern Europe.
