Gunnebo awarded service contract worth MSEK 8 a year by Royal Bank of Scotland Chubb Safes UK Ltd - a wholly owned company within the Gunnebo group of security companies - has been engaged as a main supplier of services relating to security products at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Following its merger with NatWest Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, with 2,324 branches, is one of the largest banks in Great Britain. The agreement will ensure that all the branches can obtain service within four hours at any time of day or night throughout all days of the week. The contract represents an annual turnover of some MSEK 8 and covers physical security solutions including automated deposit and withdrawal units, service boxes, safety deposit boxes, bank vaults and vault doors.
