Gunnebo Industrier sells AB A M de Jong Gunnebo Industrier AB has today signed an agreement with the Norwegian company EMMU Holding A/S to sell all shares of the subsidiary AB A M de Jong. AB A M de Jong imports and markets hardware for doors and windows. The company, which is located in Stockholm, has nine employees and the sales amount to around 20 MSEK. The take-over date will be 31 December 1998. EMMU Holding A/S is the parent company in a Norwegian group with same line of business as de Jong.
