Second quarter 2005 * - The order intake rose by 14% to MSEK 1,841 (1,622), of which organic growth was 8%. - Invoiced sales rose by 1% to MSEK 1,612 (1,591). Excluding acquisitions and divestments, sales declined by 4%. - The result after financial items was a profit of MSEK 44 (MSEK 90 excluding items affecting comparability, loss of MSEK 2 including them). - The result after tax was a profit of MSEK 32 (loss 20). - Earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.70 (loss 0.45). - The distribution of Gunnebo Industrier has been completed. Gunnebo Industrier obtained a listing on Stockholmsbörsen’s “O” list on 14 June 2005. - In the third quarter Gunnebo will make a provision estimated at MSEK 123 for a lost tax case. January - June 2005 * - The order intake rose by 7% to MSEK 3,365 (3,140), of which organic growth was 0 %. - Invoiced sales rose by 4% to MSEK 3,050 (2,927). Excluding acquisitions and divestments, sales declined by 3%. - The result after financial items, excluding items affecting comparability, was a profit of MSEK 36 (115), while including them it was a loss of MSEK 8 (profit 23). - The result after tax was a loss of MSEK 6 (profit 2). - The loss per share amounted to SEK 0.15 (profit 0.05). Outlook for second half of 2005 * The profit after financial items (excluding Gunnebo Industrier and excluding items affecting comparability) for the second half of 2005 is estimated to be slightly lower than for the previous year (210). * All figures relates to the business remaining in the Group, ie. excl.
