GUNNEBO OFFERS CONVERTIBLE LOAN TO EMPLOYEES The Board of Gunnebo AB is to recommend to the Annual General Meeting that the employees of the Gunnebo Group will be invited to subscribe to a convertible loan. This offer is aimed at stimulating an increased interest among the employees in the operations and results of the company and to increase the company solidarity. All employees will be entitled to subscribe to the loan in those countries where this is legally permitted and feasible. This means that more than 90 per cent of Gunnebo's employees will be covered by the offer. The maximum amount to be raised will be 100,000,000 Swedish kronor by means of an issue of a convertible loan entitling holders to convert their holdings into shares in the company. The maturity of the loan will be five years. The interest rate will be one-year Stibor (Stockholm Inter Bank Offered Rates) minus 0.25 per cent. Individuals entitled to participate in the offer are entitled to subscribe to a minimum amount of the loan of approximately 20,000 Swedish kronor and a maximum amount of some 1,000,000 kronor which within five years can be converted to shares in Gunnebo AB.
