Gunnebo postpones Annual General Meeting 2020

Due to the significant uncertainty caused by the extensive spread of Covid-19, Gunnebo’s Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting (AGM) until Monday 29 June 2020.

As a consequence of the recent spread of Covid-19 and the ban on public events and gatherings of more than 50 persons, which is normative also for other sorts of meetings, Gunnebo’s Board of Directors has decided to postpone the AGM to Monday 29 June 2020 at 4 PM (CET). The postponed meeting will be held on the same premises as the original meeting, namely at the Elite Park Avenue Hotel in Gothenburg.

The AGM was originally scheduled to be held on 21 April 2020. Gunnebo will publish a new notice to the AGM no later than four weeks prior to the new date.
