Gunnebo sells all the shares in AC Cerama AB

Gunnebo has today sold all shares in AC Cerama AB, representing 25 per cent of the number of shares in the company. The buyer is the french company Norton Desmarquest Fine Ceramics, which is a part of the Saint Gobain Group. Ceramas business comprises development and production of ceramic components for engineering and process industry. The company has 13 employees and a turnover of about 12 MSEK. Saint Gobain is one of the leading manufacturers of industrial ceramic material in the world. The disposal of the shares in Cerama is a further step towards the Gunnebo Group's long term strategy to concentrate on the core business, and Cerama will have the opportunity of future development through co-operation with Norton.
