Gunnebo Security Group has signed an agreement with GENEKI, Société Générale Greek subsidiary, for the supply of more than 100 security booths in 2005 and 2006. The order is worth MEUR 1,5 and is Gunnebo’s largest order to Greece to date.

GENEKI, owned by French Société Générale, has a retail network of 125 branches. It has taken the decision to enhance its level of security. Some of the security booths will replace old doors in existing branches while other will be installed in newly-built ones – with the object of ensuring a more secure and controlled flow of customers and staff at the branches. Deliveries have started in late autumn 2005 and is continuing throughout 2006. It demonstrates the importance a large international Group is given to the security of its clients and staff. CH Theodossis, a local installation company will take care of the installation. “The level of security among Greek banks is still rather low in comparison with many other countries in Europe,” says Jean-Marie Betermier, General Manager Competence Centre Electronic Security. “This means that the order is important to Gunnebo not only by virtue of its size, but also because of its strategic significance of developing new security needs in this area.” “This order demonstrates very well the importance of vertical and international approach of targeted market segments such as Bank” explains Göran Gezelius, Gunnebo’s President and CEO, “this is just the type of order that we believe the newly restructured Gunnebo will be even better capable of winning in the future.” GUNNEBO AB (publ) Group Communications For further information please contact: Göran Gezelius, President & CEO Gunnebo AB, tel +46 31 836800, mobile +46 -705 69 85 05, or Jean-Marie Betermier, General Manager Competence Centre Electronic Security, tel. +33 1 34 65 41 10, mobile +33 6 74 95 66 31, or Janerik Dimming, SvP Group Communications Gunnebo AB, tel +46 31 83 68 03, mobile +46 705 83 68 03, email: janerik.dimming@gunnebo.com www.gunnebo.com
