Gunnebo Troax acquires a Swiss company

Gunnebo Troax acquires a Swiss company Gunnebo Troax AB, which is a part of the business area Gunnebo Security, has acquired the remaining 80 % of the shares in T Kern AG, which is the company's agent since ten years in Switzerland. The seller of the shares is the present owner Thomas Kern with family. Thomas Kern will continue as managing director of the company. The company, which is situated in Wädenswil outside Zurich, has 17 employees and annual sales amount to approximately 28 MSEK. Through this acquisition Gunnebo Troax will strengthen the base for further business development in Switzerland. The company markets products of perimeter protection and indoor entrance control for housing, industry and public environments.
