New reporting structure in Gunnebo

Starting with the first quarter of 2011, Gunnebo Security Group’s external reporting structure will comprise of the four Business Areas Bank Security & Cash Handling, Entrance Control, Secure Storage and Services, and the unit Developing Businesses comprising of Perimeter Protection, SafePay and Gateway.

The new reporting structure is mirroring Gunnebo’s new organisation which was fully implemented as of January 1, 2011 in order to support the Group’s new strategic direction.

Attached to this press release you will find net sales, operating profit and items affecting comparability for the respective quarters in 2010 as well as full-year figures for 2009 according to the new reporting structure.

The first quarterly report in the new structure will be published Thursday April 28, 2011 at 14.00 CET.
