The new reporting structure mirrors Gunnebo’s regional organization, constituting of the three regions Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), Asia-Pacific and Americas.

Attached to this press release is a pro-forma with financial data from the first quarter of 2012 to the third quarter of 2013.
