Report this content

In order to strengthen the Group’s new global strategy focusing on Bank Security & Cash Handling, Services, Entrance Control and Secure Storage, the Gunnebo security group will be implementing a new organisation and strengthen its Group Executive Team from 1 July 2010.

The new organisation is composed of the Business Areas Bank Security & Cash Handling, Services, Entrance Control and Secure Storage. The Group’s Sales Companies are organised in the three regions North Europe, South Europe and Rest of the World. The Business Areas are responsible for strategic plans and business and product development. The Regions are responsible for sales, project deliveries and service.

To be able to run efficiency projects within production, reduce costs for purchasing and streamline logistics processes, all production, purchasing and logistics have been collected in the Group-common function Operations.

The new organisational structure will be fully implemented on 31 December 2010, and the Group’s external reporting structure will change from the first quarter of 2011.

  • SVP Entrance Control: Robert Hermans
  • SVP Region North Europe: Thomas Heim
  • SVP Secure Storage and Operations: Tomas Wängberg
  • CFO: Hans af Sillén
  • SVP HR and Communications: Agneta Hultgren
