Gunnebo has sold 497 500 Series “B” shares representing 7,8 per cent of the company’s shares currently in issue and 5,5 per cent of the votes in Fingerprint Cards AB, a company listed on Stockholmsbörsen’s “O” list. Following the transaction, Gunnebo owns no shares in Fingerprint Cards.
