Gympak Launches In-app mental wellness programming for hotel guests
Gympak, the revolutionary provider of fitness gear and training content for hotel and resort guests, is now taking a significant step forward by integrating mental training into its unique app. The partnership with Canadian leadership and wellness coach Chris Williams signifies a commitment to offering guests a holistic experience of mental and physical well-being.
The strategic decision is made by the Swedish company after significant demand from their hotel clients throughout the Nordic region.
In collaboration with Chris Williams, Gympak will offer specially designed training, inspiration, and exercises that will aid mental wellness for business and leisure travellers worldwide. The content is carefully designed to help guests manage stress, increase focus, and improve their mental strength and resilience.
