    On Friday 3 May H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB held its annual general meeting chaired by lawyer Andreas Steen. The AGM approved the board’s proposal that a dividend of SEK 6.50 per share be distributed to the shareholders. The dividend will be paid in two instalments during the year, in May and November. The record date for the first dividend payment of SEK 3.25 per share is 7 May 2024. The dividend is expected to be paid out by Euroclear Sweden AB on 13 May 2024.     The nomination committee of H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB has now completed its work ahead of the annual general meeting on 3 May 2024.     The board of directors of H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB has today appointed Daniel Ervér, responsible for the brand H&M, as new President and CEO for the H&M group. He succeeds Helena Helmersson who has decided to step down as CEO and leave the H&M group.
