Invitation to Press and Telephone Conference on 19 June 2002 H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB invites to a press conference on Wednesday, 19 June 2002, at 10.30 following the release of the Half-Year report. There will also be a telephone conference at 14.00. The Half-Year report for the period 1 December 2001 to 31 May 2002 will be released at appr. 08.30 on 19 June and then placed on www.hm.com under the application Investor Relations. The press conference will take place at 10.30 in Salénhuset ("Aulan"), Norrlandsgatan 15 in Stockholm. Rolf Eriksen, CEO, together with Carl- Henric Enhörning, Head of Investor Relations, will present the results for the period. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.
