H. Lundbeck , listing of new shares on 2 June 2006

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 28,640 new shares of a nominal DKK 5 to listing in H. Lundbeck with effect from 2 June 2006. 

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
