H. Lundbeck , listing of new shares with effect from 21 march 2005

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 82,850 new shares of DKK 5 to listing in H. Lundbeck with effect from 21 March 2005. 

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
