H. Lundbeck, election of members to the Supervisory Board of H. Lundbeck A/S

At the company’s Annual General Meeting on 8 April 2003 at 4pm at the Bella Centre in Copenhagen, the company’s current chairman, Arne V. Jensen, will retire in accordance with the company’s age limit of 70 years for members of the Supervisory Board.
