H. Lundbeck, issue as a consequence of utilization of warrants

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 186,668 new shares of a nominal DKK 5 to listing in the ISIN code DK001028723-4, H. Lundbeck, with effect from 31 May 2005. 

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
