H. Lundbeck, listing of employees shares with effect from 14 October 2002

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 641,285 new shares of a nominal DKK 5 to listing in securities ID code DK001028723-4 (H. Lundbeck) with effect from 14 October 2002. The listed shares will amount to a nominal DKK 3,206,425.
