H. Lundbeck, listing of new shares 7 September 200

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 16,035 new shares of a nominal DKK 5 to listing in H. Lundbeck
with effect from 7 September 2006. 
The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
