H. Lundbeck, listing of new shares on 22 May 2006

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 42,650 new shares of a nominal DKK 5 to listing in
H. Lundbeck with effect from 22 May 2006. 
The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
