H. Lundbeck, listing of new shares with effect from 1 December 2005

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 13,800 new shares of a nominal DKK 5 to listing in H. Lundbeck with effect from 1 December 2005. 

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
