H. Lundbeck, listing of new shares with effect from 27 March 2006

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 33,970 new shares of a nominal DKK 5 to listing in H. Lundbeck
with effect from 27 March 2006. 

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
