H. Lundbeck, Lundbeck’s portfolio of treasury shares

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and in continuation of the company’s current share buy-back programme it is hereby announced that Lundbeck owns 13,695,827 shares at 8 March 2006, corresponding to 6.0% of the share capital.
