H. Lundbeck, Lundbeck's portfolio of treasury shares

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and in continuation of the company's current share buy-back programme it is hereby announced that Lundbeck owns 9,157,516 shares at 18 January 2006, corresponding to 4,0% of the share capital.
