H. Lundbeck, Lundbeck to expand its Executive Board

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of H. Lundbeck A/S resolved to recommend to the Annual General Meeting to be held at the Bella Center in Copenhagen on 8 April 2003 that the company’s Articles of Associations be amended so that in the future the Executive Board may consist of 2-6 members compared with 2-4 today.
