H. Lundbeck, reduction in share capital with effect from 17 August 2005

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to reduce the share capital of H. Lundbeck with effect from 17 August 2005.

On 14 April 2005, the ordinary general meeting in H. Lundbeck adopted to reduce the share capital by cancelling own shares.
