H. Lundbeck, Reduction of the share capital of H. Lundbeck A/S has been effected

At the annual general meeting of H. Lundbeck A/S held on 14 April 2005 a resolution was passed to reduce the share capital of the company by a nominal value of DKK 35,972,990 out of the company's holding of treasury shares.
