H. Lundbeck, Share capital increase as a result of employees exercising warrants

H. Lundbeck A/S will on 30 November 2006 file an increase of its share capital by DKK 236,750, nominal value, with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency as a result of employees exercising warrants. The registered share capital will subsequently amount to DKK 1,060,775,770 divided into 212,155,154 shares of DKK 5 each.
