H. Lundbeck, Share capital increase as a result of employees exercising warrants

H. Lundbeck A/S will on 22 November 2006 file an increase of its share capital by DKK 1,095,270 nominal value, with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency as a result of employees exercising warrants. The registered share capital will subsequently amount to DKK 1,060,539,020 divided into 212,107,804 shares of DKK 5 each.
