H. Lundbeck, Share capital increase as a result of employees exercising warrants

H. Lundbeck A/S will on 31 August 2006 file an increase of its share capital by DKK 80,175, nominal value, with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency as a result of employees exercising warrants. The registered share capital will subsequently amount to DKK 1,059,443,750 divided into 211,888,750 shares of DKK 5 each.
