H. Lundbeck, Share capital increase as a result of employees exercising warrants

H. Lundbeck A/S will on 23 August 2006 file an increase of its share capital by DKK 559,550, nominal value, with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency as a result of employees exercising warrants. The registered share capital will subsequently amount to DKK 1,059,363,575 divided into 211,872,715 shares of DKK 5 each.
